Each signer needs a current government-issued photo identification. If you are unsure whether your identification will be accepted, call or email us before the appointment and we will confirm it.
Please wait. Any signature that must be witnessed needs to be made in front of the notary. Fill in the rest of the document where appropriate, and leave the signature and notarial certificate areas blank.
You obtain your Florida marriage license, then we perform the ceremony at the location of your choice and complete and return the license. Tell us your date and location and we will walk you through the rest.
An apostille certifies a document so it can be recognized in another country. Send us the document type and the destination country and we will explain the steps, timeline, and costs in plain language.
Travel and mileage depend on the distance, the timing, and the location of your appointment. You receive the full price, including any travel fee, before anything is scheduled.
